Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, within a 5-minute Uber ride from great restaurants and shopping around Rodeo Dr However, the rooms looked hastily tidied up with no attention to detail, and there were issues with cleanliness and odors. Service was hit or miss, with some staff members being helpful while others were clueless about basic procedures and charges. Despite these issues, the location is decent and central to many attractions in West Hollywood.
Calling the hotel twice for a family event at the Marriott Beverly Hills, I found the rooms to be clean and well-furnished. The service was really kind and cool, meeting all my needs, although I did have a bit of trouble with my reservation. The location is nice and a quick 20-minute drive from LAX. Dining in the cafe was good, especially the Starbucks-style coffee.
The hotel had clean and very nice rooms, but they were quite small for three people. The service was a mix of being super friendly and helpful, but also experiencing issues during check-out. The location was perfect for sightseeing, although valet service was pricey. The dining experience was limited and not well-handled. However, the hotel had comfortable lounges to relax in. Overall, I was impressed by the location and the friendly staff.
The hotel had clean and well-appointed rooms, although they reeked of cigarette smoke despite my non-smoking preference. The noise level was quite high due to poor soundproofing. On the positive side, there was a nice pool in the courtyard, but the room configuration lacked essentials like a desk and closet.
The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms, but there were issues with cleanliness and service. The location was convenient for exploring the Hollywood area, but some drawbacks were encountered. The dining experience was average, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable which was great, but my room wasn't ready until 4 pm, one hour later than expected. The hotel offers sweeping mountain views and is conveniently located within a 5-minute Uber ride from excellent restaurants and shopping along and around Rodeo Dr
The hotel room was a good size and spacious, ideal for US standards, although the bathroom lighting was quite poor, which was inconvenient after a long 15-hour flight. The room wasn't ready upon my arrival, which was disappointing.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms, though there were some issues with smelly towels and luggage assistance. The modern-themed rooms were cozy and clean, but a bit dark. The service was lacking in professionalism and efficiency, with some staff members standing out positively. The location was ideal for exploring Hollywood and surrounding areas, despite some minor drawbacks with the pool area. The dining experience fell short due to cleanliness and pricing concerns.
